Hydroseeding is a fast, one step method of seeding grass that can produce better than sod quality results. The seed, fertilizer and a protective paper mulch, that helps keep the seed moist, promotes faster germination. The seed is suspended in a nutrient rich slurry with a tackifier that helps hold it in place in case of heavy rain and strong winds. The tackifier plays a vital role against soil erosion, ground retainment and stabilization.
